SEMINAR HOSTING AND ATTENDANCE POLICIES

Please Review The Policies As Stated Below Pertaining To WCAF Sanctioned Events.

We Will Be Glad To Post (And Share) Information Pertaining To An Event That You May Be Hosting At Your School / Facility, Or That You Are Conducting At Another Location. Just Contact Mr. John Tucker With The Following Information:

Location, Date, And Time Of Event
A Brief Description Of What Will Be Covered
Admission Fees (Also See Below) For Non-Member And WCAF Members. Discounted Rate Is Up To The Discretion Of Seminar Host But General Policy Is 10 To 15% Off The Regular Rate.
Contact Information Including Name, Address, Phone Number And Email Address (If Applicable)
Any Pictures That Can Be Posted (If Available)

ADMISSION
We Are In The Process Of Getting ID Cards To Everyone. Please Keep In Mind That When Requesting The WCAF To Sanction Your Event And Promote It, VIP Cards MUST Be Honored. There Are Select WCAF Members (ie. President, Officers, Representatives, etc.) That Are Granted VIP Privileges Pertaining To WCAF Events. This Entitles Them To Free Entry To ANY WCAF Sanctioned Event. This Policy MUST Be Honored.

If You Have Any Questions Concerning The VIP Program In The WCAF, Please Contact The President Of The Organization.

VIPS
The More Everyone Pitches In And Promotes Our Events, The Better The Attendance Will Be Which Will Only Better Our Organization As A Whole. For The VIP's, You Have Been Granted Free Admission To All WCAF Events. In Return For That, We Ask That You Do Your Best To Bring As Many Paying Participants As Possible To Help Support The Event And The Expenses That The Locations Incur To Hold Them.
